CCT - Administration, Fundraising & IT Support

Support essential admin, fundraising, events, and office tasks for the Cotswold Canals Trust.

Detailed Description

Support CCT with admin and fundraising tasks, including funding applications, sales orders, minutes, and enquiries. Assist Visitor Centres with stock and orders. Engage members and volunteers via email/phone, update contacts, and promote activities. Help at events with setup, displays, and materials. Provide IT and digital support, including website content, blog pages, and volunteer management systems, using Microsoft 365, CIVI database, office phones, and Connect system.

Organisational & Administrative Skills – Experience with data entry, document management, minute-taking, and order processing. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, funding applications, and correspondence. IT & Digital Proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, database management, and website content updates. Team Player – Willing to collaborate with staff, volunteers, and external partners. Self-Motivated & Proactive – Able to work independently and take initiative on tasks. Event & Logistics Support – Ability to help plan, set up, and promote offsite events. Passion for Conservation & Community Engagement – Interest in supporting CCT’s mission and helping to restore and preserve the canals.
