Become a Lifeskills Volunteer Host and welcome Year 6 children to a life-saving adventure! You’ll greet pupils and teachers, kick off visits with fun, interactive quizzes, support hands-on safety activities like practising 999 calls, and deliver a closing talk to reinforce key learning. Enjoy flexible 2.5-hour weekday sessions, personalised training at your own pace, travel reimbursement, and a warm, friendly team. Make a lasting impact, gain new skills, and help children leave confident, empowered, and excited about staying safe.

Term Time Only. Flexible weekday sessions: mornings 9:30am–12:00pm, afternoons 12:30pm–3:00pm Volunteers can chose which session suits them on a week to week - month to month basis.
