Hedgehog rescue volunteers needed to help care for injured, orphaned and ill hedgehogs. Providing care by helping out at the hospital which is run from the owner's home in Yate. Volunteers normally come in one morning a week to help clear out cages and provide medical care. The aim is to restore the animals to full health ready for release.

We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals who are keen to help wildlife. No experience is required but volunteers need to be aged 18+ and able to provide their own transport to the Rescue. All we ask is that you are happy to work as part of a team and that you are willing to get in cleaning out cages and assist in providing care for the hedgehogs.
