Network lead overseeing St John Ambulance youth programmes and supporting leaders locally.
Responsible for delivery of youth activities within the network, which includes delivery of our Badger and Cadet Programmes within your local network. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of national initiatives at a local level.

• Ability to lead small groups of people to deliver youth activity linked to local strategic priorities in line with national strategies. • Experience supporting and working with young people (between ages 5-25) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders from other functional areas. • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
