Lead and inspire a community-based volunteer network for St John Ambulance, delivering community first aid, education and fundraising activities. Build strong local partnerships, develop inclusive volunteering opportunities, and drive delivery against agreed KPIs. Support and empower volunteers through change, ensure recognition and development opportunities, and represent St John within your local community to expand impact and engagement.
