Maintenance volunteers
Woodchester Mansion Trust
A historic house needs volunteers with skills in building, carpentry, general DIY, gardening, and outdoor work such as mowing grass and pruning undergrowth. Working parties are arranged throughout the year, mainly on Mondays.
Full training is given to all volunteers, and you will work with another volunteer until you are confident in the role. Working parties are arranged throughout the year, mainly on Mondays. We need volunteers with skills in: Building, carpentry and general DIY for non-conservational maintenance. Gardening and outdoor work eg. mowing grass, pruning undergrowth. Grass mowing is a regular activity in summer months and painting and decorating in the winter.

Note: volunteers do need web access and email to be able to book their rota slots. Volunteers are part of a team preserving and caring for a splendid and unique unfinished gothic house in a beautiful Cotswold valley.
