Friendly, sociable and organised volunteers are needed to serve tea and coffee at a busy cafe for older people in the centre of Thornbury. By chatting to customers you will liven up a dull day or provide a lifeline for somebody lonely or bereaved.
Friendly and organised volunteers are needed to help at a busy cafe for older people in the centre of Thornbury. Will be required to serve tea and coffee to customers at the cafe. This opportunity is very sociable and interesting - people have so many amazing stories to tell. It is physically very straightforward and very clearly valued, whether you are just helping to cheer up an otherwise dull day for someone or in fact providing a real lifeline for some lonely and maybe bereaved person.
