The role involves: * meeting clients and helping them complete forms – mainly PIP to begin with but could encompass other forms in time * adhering to Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire’s vision, mission and values which includes offering a free and confidential advice service

Evaluating & Reviewing, Good IT Skills, Research
You will have: * strong attention to detail * IT competence (essential) * a friendly, approachable manner * respect for views, values and cultures which are different to your own

This is a part-time role and timing during the week will be discussed with candidates
